As your sales representative, my role is to sell your home quickly, at the best price, and with a minimum of difficulty for you.

To make this happen, I have developed a marketing approach which uses new Internet-based strategies described in the right-hand column on this page, as well as all the traditional marketing techniques.

Generally, if you sign up with me, within one week you will be able to go to your computer, key in a new domain address related to your specific property (e.g. "21"), and see a website dedicated to marketing your home - complete with video!

Creating a new domain specifically for your website ensures that the link can be included with your MLS listing. This means that buyers can read the MLS listing for basic information, then go to your website for a more complete look at your home and the great features of the community you live in. They will get a real sense of what it is like to live here, and, if they want to know where to walk their dog, or go for a bike ride along the waterfront - it will tell them.

Most people purchasing a home will check the MLS listings. Make yours stand out with its link to a comprehensive website.

I create a complete custom website for each property I list, designed to go well beyond the usual presentation of facts and figures. The website will tell buyers more about your property, with extended graphics collections and video, and more about your community, with links to the great cultural, recreational, and commercial facilities in our region.
